Marriage Toxin Anime Sets Premiere Date

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Jomyaku and Mizuki Yoda's Marriage Toxin manga has announced the premiere date. Fans can mark their calendars for April 7, when the anime will make its debut.

Broadcasting Details

The anime is scheduled to air on Tuesdays as part of Kansai TV and Fuji TV's newly established Tuesday night programming block, known as "Ka-Anival!!" This block promises to bring fresh and exciting content to viewers every week.

Production Team

Motonobu Hori, recognized for his work on Carole & Tuesday, is at the helm as the director of the anime. Bones Film is handling the animation production with BONES providing production supervision. Kimiko Ueno, known for her contributions to Astro Note, is responsible for the script and series composition, ensuring a cohesive narrative. The musical score is being crafted by Taisei Iwasaki, who worked on BELLE, and Yuma Yamaguchi, who was involved in Metallic Rouge. Kohei Tokuoka, whose credits include The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity, is serving as the chief animation director and is also in charge of the character designs.

Manga Origins

Jomyaku and Yoda launched the Marriage Toxin manga on the Shonen Jump+ app back in April 2022. The manga has gained considerable popularity, with Shueisha publishing the 16th volume on January 5.

Availability in English

For international fans, Viz Media has licensed the manga for English publication. Additionally, the manga is also available in English on Shueisha's MANGA Plus app, making it accessible to a wider audience.
