Yasuo Ohtagaki's space-themed manga, Moonlight Mile, is making a comeback after a hiatus. Ohtagaki announced on his X account that new chapters of the manga will be available for purchase as e-books starting April 24. The company No9 (Number Nine) will also digitally re-release volume 24 with a brand-new full-color edition, marking a significant update for fans of the series.

No9's commitment to Moonlight Mile extends beyond the digital realm. The company plans to publish volume 24 in print later this year. Ryūji Umeno (umegrafix) is returning to handle the coloring for this full-color edition, ensuring a visually stunning experience for readers. Notably, only the first 23 volumes of Moonlight Mile had previously received a print edition, making this release a special occasion for collectors and long-time fans.

Brief Resumption in 2021

Before this official announcement, Moonlight Mile had a brief serialization on pixiv starting on December 25, 2021. A few chapters were released at that time, offering a glimpse of what was to come. This small revival served as a precursor to the current, more significant return of the series.
