Kura Revolving Sushi Bar has announced a partnership with Sanrio for a limited-time dining experience featuring Hello Kitty and Friends. The collaboration will take place at all Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations in the United States throughout February. This special event promises a fusion of delicious sushi and the adorable world of Sanrio characters.

Three Special Menu Items Inspired by Sanrio

To celebrate this collaboration, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar has created three unique dishes inspired by Hello Kitty and Friends. These special menu items are designed to delight both sushi lovers and Sanrio enthusiasts.

Hello Kitty's Avocado Dream Donut

This creative dish features a "donut" made from Kura's signature rice. It is topped with creamy avocado, shrimp, and a pink citric yuzu cream sauce, creating a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Cinnamoroll's Sky Blue Jelly Parfait

This sweet treat is a layered parfait featuring New York cheesecake and vanilla ice cream. The parfait is topped with yuzu jelly, adding a refreshing citrus note to the dessert.

Pompompurin's Caramelized Tamago Tempura Roll

This savory roll combines tempura-wrapped Kura specialty rice with a variety of fillings. Inside, you'll find egg, inari seasoned aburaage deep-fried tofu, cucumber, and sesame seeds. The roll is then topped with caramelized egg and eel sauce, providing a rich and satisfying flavor profile.

Bikkura Pon Prizes Featuring Sanrio Characters

In addition to the special menu items, the collaboration includes a chance to win exclusive Bikkura Pon capsule prizes featuring popular Sanrio characters. Guests receive a capsule prize for every 15 plates of sushi they enjoy.

The prizes include acrylic badges featuring Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Pompompurin. Bubble magnets are also available, showcasing Cinnamoroll, Gudetama, Hello Kitty, and Keroppi. Hello Kitty fans can also purchase an exclusive drink bottle during the collaboration period. This special bottle will be available for in-restaurant purchase. Kura Sushi Rewards members who spend a minimum of $85.00 in the restaurant will also receive an exclusive face towel.
