A popular manga adaptation by Jun Togashi launched in Starts Publishing's Noicomi magazine in December 2021. The manga earned top honors in Noicomi's annual comic ranking for girl comics in both 2022 and 2023. MangaPlaza is releasing the manga in English, and the 10th compiled book volume shipped on July 10. The light novel and manga collectively boast over 5.8 million copies in circulation.
The franchise also expanded into a live-action film, which opened on March 27. The film saw significant success, selling 146,000 tickets and earning over 202 million yen (approximately US$1.27 million) in its first three days, demonstrating the story's broad appeal across different media.
