DMM TV and TVer are the platforms confirmed to host the series for online viewership.

The series has since garnered a following, leading to multiple compiled book volumes. Suiseisha published the manga's fourth compiled book volume on January 16. For global readers, the manga is distributed in English through various platforms. Coolmic and the online manga service Renta! both offer the series. Furthermore, Seven Seas Entertainment acquired the licensing rights for the manga in November, announcing plans to release its first volume in September as part of its dedicated BL label, making it widely available to English-speaking audiences.

Beyond the live-action drama, the manga has also inspired an AnimeFesta anime adaptation. This animated version premiered on Japanese television in April 2025. Prior to its television broadcast, the OceanVeil service began streaming the anime starting in March 2025. Additionally, OceanVeil provided an English dub for the anime, which was produced by Ascendent Animation, expanding its reach to international viewers.
