Darkest Corners of the Heart Manga to Conclude Soon

Yūho Amayo's Darkest Corners of the Heart manga is nearing its conclusion. Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ service announced that the manga will end with its next chapter, scheduled for release on February 15.

Simultaneous Launch and Story Synopsis

The manga premiered simultaneously on Shonen Jump+ and Shueisha's MANGA Plus service in February 2025. MANGA Plus offers a synopsis of the story, highlighting its unique blend of horror and therapeutic elements. The narrative explores the hidden depths of an author's heart through scary stories. It examines the truths that emerge between the author and the listener, creating a mix of fright and warmth. The series is described as a new and exciting therapeutic horror story.

Publication Details

Shueisha released the first compiled book volume of the manga in May 2025. The second volume followed on October 3, further solidifying the manga's presence in the horror genre.

Previous Work

Prior to Darkest Corners of the Heart, Amayo collaborated with Moegara on the Subete Wasurete Shimau kara manga. This series ran on Kodansha's &Sofa and Comic Days manga website from October 2022 to April 2023.
