According to Deadline, Netflix is set to distribute the live-action Gundam film. This suggests a wide audience reach for the project, potentially bringing the iconic mecha franchise to viewers globally through the streaming platform.

Star-Studded Cast Taking Shape

In addition to Jason Clarke, the film is expected to feature Sydney Sweeney and Noah Centineo. Sweeney was reportedly in final talks as of March 2025, while Centineo was in discussions to join the cast in November.
