Jin Attached Updates "Mekaku City Actors" Anime Plans

Vocaloid producer Jin (aka Shizen no Teki-P) gave a live talk on spring's Mekaku City Actors anime, Shaft and director Akiyuki Shinbo's (Madoka Magica, Monogatari, this season's Nisekoi) spring one cour TV series based on his Kage rou Project (Heat-Haze Project).


 


In addition to scripting the anime, he'll be composing new songs for the opening and ending.


 


Vocaloid music video illustrator Shidu will be storyboard the opening and helm the ending.


 


Commercials introducing the characters and cast will be running weekly from the 25th of the month. Cast being lined up includes Mamoru Miyano as Konoha, Kana Asumi as Ene and Kana Hanazawa as Mary. Jin and Shidu had some say into the casting.
