He awoke in a hospital bed with no recollection of how he had arrived there. Mitsuya described the aftermath, stating that he was experiencing pain throughout his entire body. He specifically mentioned a gash on his forehead, requiring stitches on his eyelid, and pain in his knees, elbows, and palms.
